review AMR Corporation's financial position and advise APA negotiators
and the APA Board on necessary changes to pay rates, work rules,
incentives and business processes designed to consensually restructure AMR
outside bankruptcy.  We worked with APA and AMR over a period of six
months to accomplish this effort, which has been widely regarded as both
financially and strategically successful, as well as a model for constructive
